Meet Ryan
Ryan has been a dedicated Orange County teacher since 2016 and a board member of the South Orange County Community College District since 2022. He began his career as a substitute teacher and has taught in hundreds of classrooms from Irvine to San Clemente.
As a graduate of the University of California, Irvine School of Education’s Master’s program, Ryan understands the needs of the modern classroom and brings his real-life experience to the Board of Trustees.
Residing in Irvine, Ryan enjoys walking his dog, Pippin, along Jeffrey Trail and biking through Bommer Canyon. He has taught middle school history in the Laguna Beach Unified School District and the Ocean View School District.
